Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, featuring a full kitchen with a washer and a dryer which was incredibly convenient. However, the only drawback was having only one bathroom. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Kaitlin and Sohyeon Jang who were kind and very helpful, although some staff members were a bit formal. The location was unbeatable, right next to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The dining experience was great with a good mix of Western and Eastern food, but it could offer more variety for non-Asian guests. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with some minor improvements needed.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although not having a bathtub, are clean, and the bed is comfy. It's a great place to explore a non-touristic part of the city. However, the hotel didn't assist us much with room changes and downgrades. The service, especially from Kaitlin and Sohyeon Jang, was amazing, making our trip easy. The location is perfect, close to a shopping mall, subway, and a variety of shopping experiences, but it's away from bustling areas like Myeongdong. The dining was okay, offering a mix of Western and Eastern food. The facilities met basic needs.
The hotel is in a prime location, nestled among a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms offer stunning views and are incredibly spacious, although not soundproof. The service was friendly and helpful, with some room for improvement in English proficiency. A standout feature is the proximity to a major shopping mall. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good mix of Western and Eastern food. Overall, a great choice for exploring Seoul with some minor drawbacks.
